Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 July 2026 · Applies to cbseninjas.in, the Neuro Ninjas Android app, and all associated APIs
By using Neuro Ninjas — on the web or through the Android app, which just opens this same site — you agree to these terms. If you're using this under 18, a parent, guardian, or teacher should be okay with that too.

1. The service

Neuro Ninjas is a free, independent MCQ quiz platform for students roughly in Grades 8–12, covering CBSE, JEE, NEET, CUET, the Tamil Nadu State Board, and NMMS scholarship exam practice. You can play solo quizzes, join or host multiplayer rooms, and (optionally) create an account to track your progress over time. It's free, with no ads and no paid tiers.

2. Accounts

Creating a student or teacher account is optional — most quiz modes work fine as a guest. If you do create one:

3. Acceptable use

Play fair and don't make the service worse for everyone else. Specifically, don't:

We may suspend or remove access for accounts that violate these terms.

4. Content & accuracy

Questions are sourced from NCERT-aligned material and real previous-year exam papers, some generated or assisted by AI tooling and reviewed on an ongoing basis — not every question has been individually verified by a subject expert. We work to fix errors quickly once reported (use the in-app "What's Missing?" button), but we don't guarantee every question, answer, or explanation is error-free. Don't treat this as a substitute for your official textbooks, teachers, or the actual exam's published syllabus and pattern.

5. Intellectual property

The Neuro Ninjas name, logo, and site design belong to us. Question content is either drawn from publicly available past exam papers, adapted from NCERT-aligned curricula, or AI-assisted — you may use it for personal study, not for republishing or redistributing in bulk elsewhere.

Neuro Ninjas is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by CBSE, NCERT, NTA (JEE/NEET/CUET), the Tamil Nadu government, or any other examination board or government body. Their names appear here only to describe which exam patterns we cover.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that using it will lead to any particular exam result. We're a small, free project hosted on a free-tier server, so occasional downtime or slow first-loads can happen.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neuro Ninjas and its operators aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on question content for exam preparation.

8. Termination

You can stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, or discontinue the service (or any feature of it) at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above — continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This is a good-faith description of how we operate, not a substitute for formal legal advice.
